- [Route ride-sharing app (2024 internship research, 2026 practice rebuild)](work/route.html): One app for bikes, cars and CNG with fare negotiation on every vehicle type and an in-ride safety screen. Part 1 (2024, People Ntech internship): interviews with 10 to 20 young adults in the designer's network; persona to be added. Part 2 (2026): a practice rebuild from a simulated client brief (a friend played the client; not paid work) to a developer handover, made with an AI assistant. 111 screens in 5 flows, 59 design tokens, 32 icons, 3 specs, Figma file (https://www.figma.com/design/S0GXnvWstfX4NVXhXS8Jvy/Designs?node-id=0-1). The designer made the decisions and edited the Figma frames; the AI drafted specs, HTML review pages and reviews. Limits stated on the page: no real users, white-on-green contrast about 2.5:1, no real-phone test, revisions not started.
- [Fleet-management SaaS (Llamamind.io, 2025)](work/llamamind.html): Professional work. Summary-first maintenance report implemented in production; overdue-task flow for a crew app; looping marketing-site animations; became the only designer. Screens not published; decisions described in text.
- [EduBridge BD booking and payment flow (course project, 2026)](work/edubridge.html): Rewrote a desktop-first, English-only, card-only brief into a mobile-first, bilingual (Bangla and English), bKash-first flow for parents. Locked design tokens first, built one screen as working HTML. Figma file (https://www.figma.com/design/b7YRtXjEqyJ5xXtelq18tT/edu-bridge-design?node-id=0-1) holds the mobile and desktop screens, including five bKash error states and a card failure state. Did not ship to real users. Includes a documented mistake: defaulting to bKash while only designing error states for bKash.
- [XYZ Hospital website (personal practice project)](work/xyz-hospital.html): a fictional hospital website designed in Figma (https://www.figma.com/design/9WQnu31U9lzMJlmMq5pBGP/XYZ-Hospital-%E2%80%93-Website-Design--High-fidelity-?node-id=0-1) and built with AI. Three-step appointment booking (pay at reception), doctor search, report lookup, 24-hour emergency numbers in the header, Bangla and English, light and dark themes. Working site at work/xyz-hospital/index.html. All data fictional; no client, not tested with real patients.
